Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and filters included to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the unit back to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
